With pleasure, I invite you to come and see the Baths Cojocna resort which is located near the Valea Sărată brook. There have been salt mines in the area since the Roman occupation, on the site of which several hot baths were arranged.
Above the abandoned mines of the salt mines documented in the twelfth century and using from the Roman period until the Middle Ages were formed several salt lakes. The mines turned into salt lakes, and their water acquired therapeutic properties.
Two of the lakes, Toroc and Lacul Mare, have been transformed into baths, frequented during the summer. In addition to leisure, baths are indicated for the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
You can take mud baths, sauna, or chocolate wraps. The new arrangements took into account the existence of outdoor and indoor showers, locker rooms and spaces for recreational games. The complex also has a restaurant with a terrace, with more than decent prices.
